Engr Bayo Olusodo
Engr Bayo OLUSODO (FNIEEE, FMP) started his career as a Switch Engineer with Multilinks-Telkom after which he went into the oil and gas sector where he has impeccable experience becoming the Regional Engineer handling facilities & projects management in more than 95 stations of ConOil Plc all around the western region of Nigeria and coordinating the in house maintenance team for the 20 storey HQ office complex of the company in Marina. Engr Olusodo having headed the engineering services in the retail network of Forte Oil Plc for years moved on to MRS Oil Nig Plc, as the Engineering and Facilities Manager.
He joined Winsome Kleen Global Services Ltd. as the Managing Partner in July 2019 having garnered Facilities & Project management experience for almost two decades.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), a Fellow and the current Chairman of the Lagos Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (NIEEE). He is a registered Facilities Management Professional (FMP) and also an active member of the Nigerian Chapter of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
Adebayo Olawepo
Bayo Olawepo is the founding partner of Winsome Kleen Global Services Ltd. He is a TSSA certified HVAC technician with over 12 years experience in the private sector. He is also a trained accountant and a Business management professional with strong entrepreneural drive.
He has attended the CEO class with Sam Adeyemi as well as several other trainings on facilities management both in Nigeria and the UK.
Kunle Obebe
Kunle Obebe is a Legal Adviser and Director with Winsome Kleen Global Services Ltd. He is recognised as one of the foremost Nigerian lawyers in immigration, employment and labour matters and is frequently sought after as local counsel for large international companies. He is said to be the “the first port of call” and has a “long standing reputation” in the market (Who’s Who Legal – Nigeria 2014). Kunle advises multi-national corporations, Fortune 500 companies, high net-worth individuals and Nigerian companies on issues relating to regulatory compliance with particular reference to expatriate and Nigerian employee work authorisation in and out of Nigeria and corporate and commercial law.
He is a regular speaker at international conferences on regulatory compliance and emerging corporate immigration issues in Nigeria. He is the author of Nigeria Immigration: Law & Practice.
